This Privacy Policy explains how Mimftech ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at mimftech.com, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our advertising management platform ("Service").
Account information. When you create an Mimftech account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and a securely hashed password.
Connected advertising account data. When you connect a Google Ads, Meta, or other advertising account via OAuth, we receive and store an encrypted access/refresh token, your advertising account ID(s), and the campaign, ad group, keyword, and performance data associated with those accounts, for the purpose of displaying it in your dashboard and, where you direct us to, creating or modifying campaigns on your behalf.
Business Profile information. Information you provide about your business (name, website, industry, description, target customers, and similar details) to help generate advertising campaigns.
Usage data. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via server logs and session cookies necessary for the Service to function (e.g., keeping you logged in).
We use the information above to: operate and improve the Service; create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns you authorize; generate AI-assisted campaign recommendations; communicate with you about your account; and maintain the security of the Service.
Mimftech allows users to securely connect their own Google Ads accounts using Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
Google user data is accessed only after explicit user consent and solely for the purpose of providing the advertising management features requested by the user.
Depending on the permissions granted, Mimftech may access:

Users may disconnect their Google Ads account at any time from their Mimftech dashboard.

If a user disconnects Google Ads or deletes their Mimftech account, associated OAuth tokens are revoked and scheduled for permanent deletion according to our retention policy.

Mimftech provides AI-assisted advertising recommendations based on campaign metrics authorized by users.
Google API user data is never used to train generalized Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models.
Any AI-generated recommendations are produced solely to assist the authenticated user in managing their own advertising campaigns.
Where you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account, our use of data obtained through Meta's Marketing API complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use this data solely to provide the advertising management features you request and do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising or other unrelated purposes.
OAuth refresh tokens for connected advertising accounts are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: the advertising platforms you explicitly connect (Google, Meta, etc.), to carry out the actions you request; service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law.
We retain account and connected advertising data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect an advertising account, we stop syncing new data from it; you may request deletion of previously stored data by contacting us.
You can disconnect any advertising account at any time from the Connected Accounts page, which revokes Mimftech's stored access to it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. If you are located in the EU/UK or India, you may have additional rights under GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, respectively.
We use a session cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
