By creating an account or using Mimftech ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Mimftech is an advertising management platform that connects to third-party advertising accounts (including Google Ads and Meta Ads) via authorized access you grant, and helps you create, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for reviewing any AI-generated campaign content before it is published, and for compliance with the advertising policies of any third-party platform (Google, Meta, etc.) you connect through the Service. You are solely responsible for all advertising spend authorized through your connected accounts.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, availability, or performance of third-party platforms.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate campaign copy, keywords, budget suggestions, and other content using automated tools. This content is provided as a starting point only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published or before any campaign is launched using real advertising budget.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, including but not limited to clicks, conversions, sales, or return on ad spend.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost advertising spend or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your advertising accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
